February 2021 Journal

Now, onto some good news…

Fabrics have rolled in, with over 50 bolts of new creativity at my fingertips. Lovelies from Jen Kingwell, Tilda, Dear Stella, Andover, and the list goes on

The studio has a new look. Clubs and classes are underway, and there is new energy felt when I walk into the studio each day.

With a new year comes a surge of energy--Are you feeling it? So much is possible--there are so many changes you hope to make and new things you'd like to try!

This is when we look at our habits, routines, and hobbies, and decide to finally do what we've been wanting to do. We make a resolution.

I WONDER, HAVE YOU LOOKED AT YOUR CREATIVE LIFE AND ASKED, WHAT DO I WANT TO CREATE THIS YEAR? HOW DO I WANT TO GROW? WHAT DO I WANT TO GROW?

Do you want to learn how to mix and match the fabrics in your stash?

Do you want to learn a new technique; shake things up; try something different?

Is there a particular skill you want to get better at? Maybe improve a skill; maybe you want to try wool applique, needle turn applique, paper piecing, collage quilting, or designing your own quilt?

What is your Creative New Years Resolution? Think about what inspires you. What's your favorite color, texture, flower, bird, animal. What inspires you tells a lot about the person inside, come and share let your inner creativity flow, help others find theirs, your experiences are endless once you open your inner self and your creativity flow.

Warmest Regards,

Tina
